PROJECT LIFE CYCLE

We welcome questions and address whatever concerns you may have throughout the project life cycle. If there are changes to be made, it's better to implement them along the way instead of waiting until the end of the project. The five life cycle phases are as follows:
 

  1. Analysis - We discuss your business' current issues, define goals and objectives, and propose solutions that meet your time and budgetary constraints.
     
  2. Implementation - During this phase, the work is carried out either in a testing environment or on a live server, depending on availability.
     
  3. Testing - We are very disciplined in our testing approach. Our aim is to ensure that the solution meets your requirements and uncover possible errors to be fixed if necessary.
     
  4. Deployment - Software and/or hardware changes are put into production, if they started out in a testing environment.
